For exigent circumstances involving an imminent threat to life or serious bodily injury to an Optimum or Lightpath subscriber, Law Enforcement may contact Altice USA directly (24 hours a day) at: 877-438-7557.
Legal process related to a civil matter requiring the production of certain Optimum or Lightpath subscriber records should be issued to CSC Holdings, LLC and must be served either by personal service to a non-retail location, or to our registered agent for service of process, Corporation Service Company.
